So please have some sympathy for those couriers its a crap job. But head my advice dont use Hermes for your parcel delivery the problem is not the couriers its the white collar workers that run the business there is no contact with the couriers at all we are just the puppets who take all the SH. So long hermes you useless set of W.K.S. Oct 30, 2013 I sent a parcel via Hermes on the 13th OCtober and left it at our local shop. It was collected but has not been delivered. Hermes emailed me to say the house number was missing off the parcel (it wasn't) so I emailed them back with the full address and customer's telephone number. I won’t be in at my expected delivery time You can now divert your parcel at any point in your parcel’s journey to a neighbour or other safe place. Was this helpful?
